The Immunisation team will be coming in for a catch up day on Tuesday 5th July for the Year 9 students, who have not yet received the vaccination for DTP (Diphtheria/Tetanus/Polio) & Meningococcal ACWY Your child will be given a paper consent form if you have not yet consented, to take home to be completed and handed back into school by Friday 1st July.
